Top-notch support from the team. I placed an order for a new Pocket-size Filofax along with inserts for a Personal size. They called me just minutes after I made my purchase to confirm if I had mistakenly ordered the wrong inserts. I hadn’t, as they were meant for different folks, but I really appreciated their carefulness. My package showed up in just a couple of days, even with the postal strike going on.
